Summary: 13th in queue but good staff attitude.

I never have any problems and am generally always able to make appointments. I may be 13th in the telephone queue but the staff always have a good attitude. I don't see the same GP but i can usually get an appointment the same day if needed. I sometimes have to wait a while in the waiting area before my appointment.
