Summary: Absymal surgery avoid

Impossible to get an appointment or get through on the phone. Rude and unhelpful staff. Distressing being a patient in this surgery as their appointment system is so inflexible, in patient focused and so set unfriendly. If I could move somewhere else then I would as it is stressful and makes me ill just thinking about trying to have to actually get to speak to a GP.
