Summary: Appointment reminder service

I wanted to feedback about an issue with the service above. I manage my own appointments as well as those of my mum and dad. When I receive an appointment text it does not contain a name and when I click on the link a name is not shown either. I cannot tell if the appointment received belongs to me or my mum or dad.

I must then sign in to each of our drdoctor.thirdparty.nhs.uk records to work out who the appointment belongs to. Some appointments are obvious, but we all have appointments with the respiratory department. Signing in to all three records is the only way to work it out. I can't confirm the appointment without knowing who's it is as I have to include the correct date of birth. 

A simple Dear NAME at the top of the text would allow me to confirm attendance instantly via text and would be much more efficient.
There must be other carers like me with this issue.

I would like this to be fed back as it seems to me to be an obvious omission. Are you able to do this or advise on how I can feed back my experience?
