Summary: asked by..doctor what did i want him to do?

I had a telephone call about potential allergic rhinisitis, a month after submitting the blinx form, my problem has not improved and is heavily effecting my sleep, only to be asked by the doctor: what did i want him to do?
I asked him: to identify the problem specifically and not just prescribe whatever temporary fix i.e. another nasal spray as opposed to properly helping my symptoms of imflammation and facial pressure.
He did end up presribing an new antihistamine to try and to send information that i have already received a year ago when i had an in person examination.
