Summary: Better now, able to get appointments.

I never used to be able to get appointments but it is better now, i have the app, it is easier to get appointments, there used to be a long wait on the telephone but they have a call back service now and they ring you back within a short time (within half an hour). Not as long a wait for GP appointments as there used to be.
