Call buttons unanswered, and poor catheter care

Summary: Call buttons unanswered, some nurses demonic.

Was sent there following an operation for rehab. I could walk 90 paces at this point and when I got there saw 26 residents all in wheelchairs with their heads down. 1 or 2 staff were brilliant but some nurses were demonic. They didn't look at my patient notes

The physios were lovely and had told me I needed to be standing and sitting 3 or 4 times as part of rehab. Particular nurses told me to keep still and stop sitting up and down when doing my exercises. Residents were taken in for meals an hour early and left sitting there an hour after. Call buttons in rooms took a long time to be answered and one nurse told me they had 11 mins to answer and they would come in turn call off and leave again.

One carer left me with a faulty catheter, I told them I was wet, and she said I wasn't and that she wasn't allowed to deal with it. When one of the good nurses came in the morning she found me wet through and I had been like this all night.
