My granddaughter is registered with North Park. I could not get through on the phone so I called into the surgery. I felt like I was being told off. She told me you cannot call in for appointments. I said I have tried ringing and I could not get through. She gestured with her hands and said look they are answering phones. She said you will have to try and ring again tomorrow. I was shocked at how I was spoken to.
