Can’t book an appointment for ear syringing.

Summary: Can't book an appointment for ear syringing.

I have rang the booking number multiple times to be told there are no appointments and to ring back.  When I do there are no appointments, I've asked when is a good time to call but they say they don't know when the appointments are being released.  2 years ago it was fine, I could always get an appointment, don't know how I can get this done now. The system isn't working.
