I rang the GP to try and get an appointment and it was just an engaged tone. No queuing system. I kep trying and got through after 9am and they said there were no appointments and advised me to go to the walk in. I went to Ormskirk hospital walk in and they told me I need a referral for surgery. I returned to my GP in person the same day and they offered me an appointment I couldn't attend but nothing else. They were so rude, unhelpful, the way they treat people is disgusting. I also needed ear syringing and they said there was a really long waiting list and didn't give me any further information.
