Summary: Can't book ear syringing.

I have rang the booking line 0300 no. at least 4 times to try and book ear syringing. The person on the phone has a very poor attitiude and manner and doesn't provide me with any information. I said I was hard of hearing and could he slow down his speech and he spoke to me as if I was a child.
I asked where certain health centres where and he said I don't know.
I asked for a manager's no I could speak, with as I can't book in and he gave me 2 numbers but couldn't tell me who they were for. Not helpful at all.
