The reception staff and GP are doing their job when you can access them.
This practice has a call queuing system for appointments.
There is no provision for booking a follow up appointment when requested too by the GP.
They instruct you to request the appointment following tests yet you have to still queue.
1hour 20 mins today to be told no appointments left .
They should be able to terminate the queue when all appointment are gone with a guidance to access urgent care if required.
Frustrating and upsetting when you also have to work yourself .
There should be provision for some pre booked appointments once you are being monitored.
This is a poor service .
