Summary: Can't get an appointment close to my home.

Can't get an appointment at Formby clinic and he lives 5 mins from there.  He's been told to go to Aintree hospital drive through bloods when he is very frail, it's 14 miles, his daughter had to drive him there is no drive through toilet there.
