First of all, I want to mention Dr Fletcher and Dr Allam, both were great but the latter doesn't run the surgery anymore and it is increasingly more difficult to see the former. When you do get treatment, it is average, but the communication is awful. You have to queue up, there is very little point in ringing. The surgeries seemed to be stovepiped, you can't go elsewhere. It feels like the surgery is prepped to do as little as possible to get their money; the surgery has very little empathy. In order to improve, the surgery needs to be ran as a surgery as it does not fulfil its purpose, it is not committed to healthcare and is being ran as a business.
