If you phone up at 8 you can’t get through and they won’t let you book an appointment at the desk, they stopped that because there was too many people in, it’s ridiculous. I’ve been with the surgery since I was a kid. You wait half an hour on the phone and then they just say no appointments, sorry about that. Sometimes they’ll just put you on hold and then leave you waiting.
