Called up at 8.30am for an appointment and was 43rd in the queue. I just put the phone down. They don’t say anything anyway when there’s no appointments, no sorry and they don’t signpost you anywhere when they don’t have any appointments. I called back the next day, was seventh in the queue and got an appointment. They’re good when you see them, it’s just getting to that point.
