Summary: Can't make appointments.

They say ring at 8 am by 8:15 am all the appointments have gone, they are not referring me to the out of hours service. I am also a full time carer for my disabled son who attends a day centre, so appointments need to be flexible. The surgery knows i am a carer, but they are still not flexible. I have just given up. It is difficult to make appointments. Staff are very nice, but there is just no appointments. I had my flu injection with the nurse, and she was very good.
