Stroke patients receive food barely warm which doesn't encourage patients to eat. Patients not been washed and it's afternoon. Dirty water and pads left next to patients beds for hours. Bins overflowing not emptied . Patients wait that long for assistance to the toilet they have already gone before staff arrive. Non of this helps to prepare patients for home and to free up beds.
