first initial phone call gave us hope. we were given direct phone number for any questions. no one answered this phone, eventually they did and promised to call us back on two days but never did. they had my sons body the full 21 days after his death before he was released to funeral home. there were no facilities for us to see our son. the whole experience was very traumatic and made an awful time even worse
