Park Street surgery - GP access.
A resident shared with Healthwatch Sefton - he has to queue outside from approx. 7.30 / 7.35 am in order to try to get an appointment. This way he was more likely to get an appointment. He reported if you try to ring 9 times out of 10 you will not get an appointment. The resident also raised the issue of Jackie the BOT. He stated this was not very good and you had to keep repeating yourself
