Feedback shared by group leader but unsure which GP surgery (It is south Sefton). Group leader felt this would be an issue for other residents.

Resident told her repeat medication was being removed unless she made an appointment to see the GP. She tried several times to contact GP via phone to make an appointment but unable to.
