I waited outside for it to open at 8.00am. By the time she got the computer on she said all the appointments for the morning had gone.

I have been asked in the past to go to Netherton. I have no idea where the surgery is or how to get to it.

I had a previous appointment at the surgery for my skin. I had a large lump growing so i asked if the doctor could take a look, to be told no, make another appointment. Why couldn't the doctor just look for me? Instead a 2nd appointment which takes the appointment away from someone else. I now have a referral for the lump.
