Summary: Digital appointments

I struggle to access the GP as I am dyslexic and they are really pushing Patch's. I can't access it, it never recognises my password. I had to go to the GP three times because of my bad eyes. They treated me for dry eyes. I went to the optician's and they thought it was infected. I had a bleed in my eye and they asked me to send a picture of it. I just want to be seen face to face. I've been waiting for an asthma test since July.
