Summary: Discharged from podiatry team.

Resident unhappy as discharged from podiatry.  Has diabetes and arthritis in both arms so struggles to look after her feet.  Concerns about ingrowing toenail.  Only has appointments every few months and has now been told she has to care for them herself.  She was given long files to use to keep on top of things but is worried she will end up with her feet in a poor state.  Staff weren't very nice to her and also said she could go private.  They said they need to care for people with ulcers whose feet are worse but hers may end up like this if she's not seen, it doesn't make sense.
