Summary: Extremely kind and helpfull , exellent

All the staff from the optometrist who was very thorough and professional to the front of service staff who were unfailing kind, patient and welcoming to both myself and husband . We are both getting on in years now and have had several opticians over the years , this is my favourite and we continue to have excellent service. Unlike some major chains who try and hard sell you the most exspenses items in their stores ,these nice people listen and take their time to find you what you actually want and need.
