No Continuity of Care around Cancer diagnosis
Lack of Communication and Confidentiality
Lack of a named Doctor
No forward appointments available and long waits for appointments (eg 3 weeks)
No appointments available through PATCHES and the telephone goes dead.
Patients say they will take appointments for minor conditions from other Health professionals but they are not keen – and are not sure what they should do
Discussion regarding Zero Tolerance Messages in GP practices and patients being barred from surgeries.
