Summary: Generally very good treatment & care

What is confusing is the best way to order a repeat prescription, the patient app access works sometimes, and sometimes my repeat prescription is done automatically, and other times i have to go through reception. It is very confusing with no clear guidelines on ordering repeat prescription for patients.
Staff are generally good and have patience and kindness. There is also a new call back service, instead of waiting at number 40 in the queue you can instead leave your name and number and reception generally call you back within 30-40 minutes and then triage.
