GP access – inequality

Overall Rating:

Summary: GP access - inequality

People cannot get appointments. On a Friday morning I got through at 8.01 am and was over 30 in the queue. There was no point in hanging on so instead I went on-line and I got an appointment. If I could not access on-line I know by holding on the phone line I would have been told no appointments left and to ring back the next morning. That has been my past experience. There are not enough GP’s to patients.
