Bootle Village surgery – My sister tried for an hour to get through, when she got through told no appointments and you have to use Patchs. My sister said I don’t have access to on-line. The reception said can you get someone else to do it for you. she said no, as my sister is in work. She then said ok if you are happy for me to do it I will ask you the questions.My sister was frustrated waiting an hour to get through. She did get an appointment that afternoon even after being told no appointments left.
