Summary: Had excellent care here..treated for sepsis.

Had excellent care here.  Was admitted with a blood clot here and treated for sepsis when they wanted to transfer him to Aintree hospital.  He said he didn't want to be transferred in an ambulance to Aintree and a Dr at Southport treated him and saved his life. 
On ward 10a, there were lots of dementia patients, he had to wear earphones because of the screaming and noise through the night.  Staff were very caring of these patients.
