Summary: Had MRI scan early August 2025.

Surgery adamant that results not received. However hospital confirmed sent and " on system".Surgery finally admitted having received. However would not discuss results with me saying they did not have authority!! S because organised by Hospital!! Spoke to Chief Executives Office at Hospital who said that was " RUBBISH" . Surgery contacted again....offered appointment with GP weeks away.......or telephone appointment sooner.Waited by phone all day....only to be told( after phoning at 4pm)that GP unable to honour appointment as it " would take too long"!!!!! Allocated another telephone call in 15 days time!! As a stroke sufferer this sort of emotional upheaval is DIFFICULT to cope with.As it was when i presented to this same surgery with chronic stomach pain and again could only get a phone appointment with a nurse who prescribed antibiotics which were to no avail.On that ocassion I ended up having 6 hours emergency surgery.Just hope history does not repeat itself!Perhaps there are lessons to be learned.......AND OPPORTUNITY FOR THIS SURGERY TO ADDRESS PROCEDURES??
