They’re alright when you get in there. Having to ring at 8am, it’s off-putting. Sometimes you can be twelfth in the queue. By the time you eventually get through they’re full and you’ve just got to try again tomorrow. I don’t even know if they do home visits, I’m 92 and I have to get a taxi there. Sometimes you can’t even get in, they give you a call and if they think it’s serious enough, they bring you in.
