Summary: Hard to get through

At 8 am when you have to ring you cannot get through. When you do speak to someone and there are no appointments you are signposted to the walk-in. We need a walk-in in Maghull. I think GP surgeries should be available 7 days a week including bank holidays. People don't choose when to be sick.
