I was under the CMHT when they were at the hesketh centre, then referred elsewhere and eventually had my diagnosis changed. Constantly being referred back to CMHT who constantly reject me because they look at information from 18 months to 2 years ago and not current presentations, they don't discuss things with the patients, just make decisions with no patient input so patient centred care is a joke!

God forbid you start to understand yourself and your diagnosis because once you learn stuff and start to ask questions, they will push you out of the door quicker than you could snap your fingers! Either that or they will call you manipulative and a liar.

They ignore your requests and needs or your current presentation because of how you have been in the past. They will also go off information from people who see you once a week for an hour rather than actually talking to you.

They will recommend that your other care be stopped and that you not have any access to care whatsoever.

When on the wards, they get your former doctors involved, don't talk to you properly and don't put anything correct in their notes or what you've said to them.

There are a few people who do actually care in this place but the majority of the time, the gatekeepers won't allow access to those people or that help.
