Summary: Hospital letter unclear

My brother was waiting for a hospital appointment for his eye. He received a letter and I was driving him and it said ‘Southport eye’ so I just assumed Southport Hospital. We got there and they told us that the appointment was actually for Ormskirk Hospital, which is where he lived. It didn’t say clearly where the appointment was supposed to be, it said it in the body of the letter, and how was he supposed to see that. They did give him an appointment in Ormskirk the next day but it was a waste of fuel.
