Summary: Impossible to get through..for appointment

Primary Care 24 took over my surgery and since then it’s impossible to get through on the phone at all for an appointment, and if I visit the practice to try to get one, they say they’re booked up indefinitely.

They now take several days to process repeat prescriptions. Prior to takeover they were done immediately.

Our actual surgery building isn’t in use any more, so I have to travel either to Thornton surgery or Crossways Surgery.

One of the receptionists at Crossways is extremely helpful, but the other receptionists at both surgeries don’t put themselves out to help at all.
