Summary: In patient care

I had to have an operation.

It is frightening being on the ward. She took out my staples / stitches in my throat and didn't tell me that was what she was doing. I had a feeding tube, they didn't tell me or explained to me what it was.
They need to communicate with patients and tell them what is happening.
I was in during the heatwave and my bed was soaking - there was no air or air conditioning.
