When I first applied, I managed to get a therapist who was pretty good and was starting to make a difference. Then my sessions ran out. I was told I'd have to wait a bit then reapply for more sessions.
It's now been nearly 5 months since I re-referred. I thought there was a problem so called them Nope! I just hadn't got to the front of the waiting list for help in Southport.
Imagine a broken bones clinic where they take the crutches away before the leg is mended then when your leg breaks again they don't have any help for you.
Not enough resources for the problems. Staff are great but they've been let down as much as the clientele.
