Summary: New technology is working well

All my experiences in the past year of the NHS have been really good.
My GP is Blundellsands surgery. I am new to using technology but I feel it is working well. I can do my prescriptions on-line and you can book appointments on-line.
I understand staff are run off their feet. Without admin staff the NHS would not work.
I am not a technical person, as I said I am new to it but I have found using the NHS app easy to use.

The surgery will text you and remind you for your bloods. I can choose Prince Street, I then get options of days and times. This works well for me.

I think on-line has helped as it used to be a real struggle to get through.
