Difficult in getting an appointment for a blood sample to be taken before an haematology appointment with a consultant.
No appointment at Village Surgery.
Formby clinic gave me 0151 285 4548 to ring for an appointment. Very busy line and poor connection.
Was given an appointment on 2nd August but when checked with clinic no appointment had been made.
Rang 0151 285 4548 again and given an appointment on 4th September
Then necessary to change appointment with consultant because sample wouldn't arrive in time.
I am 83 years old and found the whole business exhausting.
