Whiston mortuary.
Nothing went well. My son died and we eventually found out he had been taken to whiston. No one answered the phone, left our contact details, no one called us back. Sefton coroners got in touch to confirm they had our son and took necessary details, assured us we could ring direct number for any questions, no one answered, when they did, on two separate occasions they promised to call us back but never did. I could see online other autopsies had been carried out and reached inquest stage on deaths which had occurred after my son and to me there was no circumstances why these deaths would have been dealt with first. My son finally had his examination 3 weeks and 1 day after being taken to whiston. We were then told biopsies had been taken for further investigations but his body could be released. We have complained to PALS one month ago and again heard nothing.
