My blood pressure was high when I went to Southport Hospital. They suspected angina but discharged me without any other tests, no follow-up whatsoever. I have a pre-existing heart condition and had three stents put in four years ago. I went to my GP yesterday and had a good service from them. My blood pressure was showing as AF on my smart watch so I went in and had my blood pressure taken. One of the staff members told me that I needed to go to hospital but I told him they had already kicked me out on the Monday. He requested an appointment for me and said I should hear from Southport Hospital in 48hrs. I haven’t heard anything yet.
