I am in my late 70’s and I have never had a check-up. I only ever get offered a Covid Injection. I have never had my bloods, weight, blood pressure etc done here. There are no checks. I also don’t know what age they stop you having mammograms or smear tests. I feel I should have one. When I ring at 8 am the lines are busy and by time you get through there are no appointments. Is it up to me to request a mammogram and smear test?
I did see a visitor from the May Logan, and she was offering blood pressure checks. She did my blood pressure and said it was really high. She gave me a note to hand in to my doctors, so I went in and gave it to reception. I never heard anything back. I do check all my messages
