Norwood don’t do home visits anymore. My mum is disabled and they won’t give her a home visit because they say she can use the lift outside. My mum’s afraid of lifts so what is she supposed to do? The phones and the computers don’t open until 8am and I just think how can all the appointments be gone? If you get through the don’t even tell you to go anywhere else.
