My mother-in-law is 95 and housebound. We've been to the GP three times for support. They keep telling us that she's dehydrated. We need an emergency care package but we've been told that the GP needs to make this referral but we can't get through. The receptionist promised that they would call back and they haven't. We've had to provide care as a family and now we're going private.
