You can't get an appointment, it is ridiculous. When you phone at 8 am the surgery telephone line is closed and when you do get through you are 27th in the queue. I can't book an appointment in advance. If you receive a text saying to ring the surgery as you need to book an appointment often there are no face to face or telephone appointments available. If you are lucky and do get a telephone appointment, but not when you need a face to face appointment. They are all new GP's and i don't know them now. Some people have complained about receptionist staff attitude. You are only allocated 10 minutes for one health problem at a time, it is not long enough. The GP's don't look at your notes beforehand.
