She’s with North Park surgery and she said you can’t go into the surgery to book an appointment, and they used to have and may still have a poster on the entrance that it is telephone appointment only. She struggles regularly to even get telephone appointments- says it’s always engaged and then when you do get in touch there are no appointments left). She also said she got in touch with them once and the receptionist told her to go to the walk in.
