The on-line to book appointments. It is confusing, I hear other friends say they can’t use it / understand it. It will ask you the same questions over and over. One question is this a new issue? Well I had been the walk-in with it so is it a new issue or not. I don’t know and it is hard to proceed with questions. All the repeated questions are very hard on patients.
