Summary: Only concerned about smoking

I've recently moved here from Wales. Before I left I had a scan and they said there was a blockage on the right side of my neck. I have COPD and I waited twelve months for an appointment with a consultant. When I got there, there were no seats so I had to sit on the bed. He didn't arrange a scan for my neck, all he did was ask about smoking, recommended no smoking sessions, asked my age, and then discharged me.
