Not seen a dr here for about 10 months. Is the surgery going to open, don't think there are any drs registered here. Since PC24 took over we go to Litherland Town Hall medical centre for everything. They are not interested in the patients.
I am concerned about myself and my wife. I have had appointments sent to me then cancelled and told a different time. You have to telephone the hub. They don't follow up with results.
My wife has had calls from doctors who haven't realised she only has 1 kidney, because they haven't read her notes. She has had B12 injections for years and they are asking us why, they say there is nothing on her records about this. How can there not be when we have been with the surgery for years.
I have had results not shared with me and problems with prescriptions. They ring and ask if we want to go digital but no one explains to us what this is, so why would we agree, there is no one to advise.
I have tried sharing concerns with the practice manager but nothing happens. I have raised complaints with PC24 on the websit form and no one has been back to me.
We are being ripped off, PC24 aren't refurbishing the surgery and we are left to sort out our own healthcare.
