I went along to reception to order my mums repeat prescriptions for her. I asked the receptionist would it be ok to write’ blood pressure tabs’ (they are on her repeat I just didn’t know the name of them). I was told no, I had to write down the actual name of them. My mum went the following month. She struggled with how to spell one of the repeat prescriptions items she had. She told the receptionist she couldn’t spell it. The receptionist told her that she had to write it and did not offer to help her. Mum is on set repeat prescription items. Why are staff like this?
